Also, effective on Monday, October 2, 2000, firm number 880, Pro Give Up will become a sub-accounting firm of firm, 872, Pro Trading, Division of Refco�. Firm 872, Pro Trading, Division of Refco� is an affiliate member of its Class A firm, 275, Refco, Inc.�.

Pro Give Up is not a new clearing member, but exists for bookkeeping purposes only, for the benefit of Refco, Inc., its Class A Clearing Member.
